In the shadow of the war in Ukraine and the economic crisis, the rule of law is being destroyed. Consistently, for the past seven years, the organs of our state – the Sejm, the President, the government, Julia Przyłębska’s politically subordinate Constitutional Court and the neo-NCJ – have been dismantling Polish democracy.

The coming year will be crucial. Despite extreme fatigue, civil society is active and not giving up. We will continue to observe the situation regarding the independence of the judiciary in Poland and use all possible legal measures to stop the process of its destruction.
